Agent Application Process

Fill in the online application form

Provide basic information such as name, contact information, company name, business scope, etc., so that we can get a preliminary understanding of the agent’s situation. ​

Submit qualification review

Upload relevant qualification documents such as business license and tax registration certificate. We will complete the review within 5 working days and notify the review results by email or phone. ​

Sign an agency agreement

After the review is passed, the two parties negotiate and sign a formal agency agreement to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. ​

First batch of purchase

Complete the first batch of 5W purchases in accordance with the agreement and start formal agency cooperation.

A: In order to protect the rights and interests of agents, we implement a strict regional protection policy. According to the region and market size of the agent, we divide the exclusive agency area, and only authorize one agent to sell products in the area to avoid vicious competition and ensure your market share and profit margin.

A: The validity period of the agency agreement is generally 1 year. One month before the expiration of the agreement, we will communicate with you about the renewal. If you complete the agreed sales task within the agreement period and do not violate the terms of the agreement, you can renew it first; if you fail to complete the task, we will re-evaluate the cooperation intention according to the actual situation, and the two parties will negotiate to determine the renewal conditions.

A: During the agency cooperation period, you can apply to us to increase or reduce the types of agency products according to market demand and your own business conditions. We will evaluate your application. If it is in line with the market planning and product strategy, we will promptly adjust the agent product catalog for you and provide corresponding product information and support. ​

A: After we receive your agent application, we will complete the information review and preliminary evaluation within 3-5 working days, and feedback the review results to you by email or phone. If the application materials are incomplete or further communication is required, we will contact you in time. ​
