A: After you complete the order payment and confirm the order information, we will arrange the shipment of conventional products within 3-5 working days; if it involves customized automotive equipment, the delivery time will be communicated with you separately according to the specific production cycle, generally 10-15 working days. We will notify you of the shipping information by email or SMS as soon as possible.
A: We have established long-term cooperation with internationally renowned logistics companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, and choose the best logistics plan according to your region and the urgency of the order. The freight will be calculated based on the weight, volume, transportation distance and selected logistics method of the goods. When you place an order, the system will automatically calculate and display the freight details. You can also contact customer service for a detailed quotation.
A: We will professionally package the goods before shipment and purchase transportation insurance. If there is damage or loss during transportation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide relevant supporting documents. We will verify the situation, resend the goods free of charge or refund the money, and assist you in making a claim to the logistics company.
A: If you have a specific logistics requirement, you can indicate it in the order notes or contact customer service. We will try our best to meet your requirements, but some logistics methods may have transportation restrictions or additional fees, and the specific situation needs to be confirmed in advance.
Issues related to becoming an agent
A: In order to protect the rights and interests of agents, we implement a strict regional protection policy. According to the region and market size of the agent, we divide the exclusive agency area, and only authorize one agent to sell products in the area to avoid vicious competition and ensure your market share and profit margin.
A: The validity period of the agency agreement is generally 1 year. One month before the expiration of the agreement, we will communicate with you about the renewal. If you complete the agreed sales task within the agreement period and do not violate the terms of the agreement, you can renew it first; if you fail to complete the task, we will re-evaluate the cooperation intention according to the actual situation, and the two parties will negotiate to determine the renewal conditions.
A: During the agency cooperation period, you can apply to us to increase or reduce the types of agency products according to market demand and your own business conditions. We will evaluate your application. If it is in line with the market planning and product strategy, we will promptly adjust the agent product catalog for you and provide corresponding product information and support.
A: After we receive your agent application, we will complete the information review and preliminary evaluation within 3-5 working days, and feedback the review results to you by email or phone. If the application materials are incomplete or further communication is required, we will contact you in time.
Product after-sales issues
A: If the product has quality problems during the warranty period, please contact our after-sales customer service and provide the product order number, problem description and relevant photos or videos. We will respond within 24 hours and arrange for technicians to remotely guide the repair according to the problem, or arrange for return to the factory for repair or replacement of new products. The round-trip freight will be borne by us (except for man-made damage).
A: The warranty period of our automotive equipment products is generally 1-3 years. The specific warranty period shall be subject to the product manual or sales contract. The warranty covers quality problems caused by product design, manufacturing, materials, etc.; damage caused by improper user operation, self-modification, force majeure, etc. is not covered by the warranty.
A: During the warranty period, repairs and replacement of parts due to product quality issues are free of charge; outside the warranty period, we will charge reasonable repair fees and parts costs, and the specific fee standards will be communicated and confirmed with you before the repair. We also provide paid regular maintenance services to ensure the long-term stable operation of the product.
A: We provide 7×24 hours after-sales customer service online service, you can feedback problems at any time by phone, email or online customer service system. For routine consultation questions, we will respond within 1 hour; for complex problems such as technical failures, we will develop solutions within 24 hours and continue to follow up until the problem is resolved.
