The vacuum slide valve is a spare part used in filling machines.
Composition of the vacuum slide valve:
Valve body: usually metal or corrosion-resistant engineering plastic, with fluid channels inside.
Slide valve core: a movable part that changes the opening and closing state of the channel by displacement. The material must be wear-resistant and oil-resistant.
Vacuum interface: connected to the vacuum pump to provide negative pressure to drive the slide valve.
Reset spring: pushes the slide valve to reset to the initial position when the vacuum disappears.
Seal: such as O-ring, to ensure the airtightness between the valve body and the slide valve.
