Tenghai Nanjing Base encountered technical bottlenecks when undertaking the electric drive shell sealing project of Xpeng Motors in 2025:

  • Conventional 5-gallon rubber pumps exist 5% glue supply pulse, resulting in an average of 32 rubber breaking accidents per month
  • The pressure compensation of the pneumatic system is delayed 0.8 seconds, the thickness of the adhesive layer fluctuates ± 0.25mm
  • The temperature deviation of the heating area of the glue gun is ±8°C, resulting in annual repair losses exceeding the 750,000 yuan
