This glue supply system mainly consists of a glue pump, pressure reducing valve, metering machine, robotic arm, glue gun, and pipelines. It can more stably apply glue, improve glue application accuracy, and save glue, thus saving costs and improving production efficiency.

System Components
Glue Pump
The glue pump is the basic unit of the glue supply system, providing sufficient pressure for the glue medium. Our glue pump has a pressure ratio of 68:1, and you can choose a 5-gallon or 55-gallon glue pump according to your needs. When supplying two guns, the glue pump’s pressure supply capacity must meet certain requirements.
High-pressure fluid regulators
Generally, it is at the glue pump outlet that the outlet pressure of the colloid is stabilized so that it can reach the dosing machine smoothly.
Quantitative Machine
It is mainly composed of a servo motor, a reducer, a transmission structure and a cylinder. According to different production processes, dosing machines of different capacities need to be selected.
Robotic Arm
The robotic arm and the dosing machine work together to apply glue, which can achieve stable gluing and ensure the quality of the colloid.
Pipeline
There are two types of pipes: gas pipes and rubber pipes. Rubber pipes can generally be divided into heating pipes and ordinary pipes according to the properties of the colloid.
Glue Gun
The glue supply system uses an automatic glue gun. The type of glue gun used varies depending on the product being coated.
